Return, Refund & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
If you receive your item and change your mind, we accept returns as long as we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

** Please note that return shipping charges and discount amounts are non-refundable. Postage costs and responsibility of sending any product back to us falls with the customer. If you’d like to schedule a pickup within India, please contact us.


HANDMADE
Due to the nature of the dyeing process, colors may vary.
Uneveness in colour, weave and print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of handmade processes and we feel it adds a certain charm to the garment.

RETURNING CONDITION
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered,
unwashed and with their tags attached.

FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us at mamaindiaclothing.info@gmail.com with your order number and images of the fault within 2 days of the item being delivered to you (this will be judged on the tracking information from the shipping company)
we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 


PROCESSING TIME FOR EXCHANGE
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 


EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All exchanges must be authorised by us before you send the items back.
After the return request is accepted, please make sure the items reach us within 7 working days (domestic) and 15 working days (international).

We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged. The merchandise should not be worn or washed and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 7 working days of the receipt of items. 

SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are final sale and we don't offer returns.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may not be returned

RETURN SHIPPING
Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Mama India

We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. The customer must dispute this with their postal service.

Mama India reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
